You are so right! After nearly 31 years of marriage, I can attest to the fact that love is not defined by the moonlight walks, the cuddling by a roaring fire or sharing exotic vacations together. It's the caring for one another during times of adversity (such as after horrific auto crashes) times of flu, fever and the like and yes.....picking the beans out of your baby's hair.

Sarah, in fact you are right about baking powder but what I meant was I had learned the hard way not to mistakenly use powder for soda because then you'll have aluminium cookies :-P

That sounds really good and this post made me LOL:) Just one thing, though, you are sooo wrong about baking powder. A little is essential for a good cookie:) That and blue food coloring, of course;)

And yes, having a day with your wife to run errands counts as a date if you do it sans bebes! I can't tell you how many dates we have had to WalMart! You take what you can get, and when you're a parent pickin's is slim!

Yeah, it's not a "pro" setup but it really does what I need it to. So blessed to be able to have the camera equipment I do that allows me to pursue my passion of photography.

Hi from Las Vegas. That looks really similar to the house we had In CS. Where is it located? Address, etc.

So happy for you 3 that you were able to get a home, it will really make a big difference in your lives, and save money on taxes too!!! What are you driving these days. We have really cut our lives back. 1 car, our 1998 Rav4, no credit cards of any kind, Try to live without them if you can. Aloha is doing ok, it is still a slow process for her to get back to normal. Love from us, Mike, Aloha and Kohler. Our cat, Eljer had to go to kitty heaven. :( but the house is much more clean and peaceful without him. Glad to hear you are hitting the gym. I go almost every morning. I do treadmill, swim, and weights. I have been holding my weight at 165 for almost a year now, which is the first time in my life I have held at a decent weight without gaining it back.
